Where is NQ Spa located, and how do I find you?
We're located at 28 Hang Than (Ba Dinh ward), in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. We're a short walk from the famous Hanoi Water Tower, and easily reachable on foot from most hotels in the area. If you still cannot find our place, just message us on WhatsApp at +84 913503676 — we're always happy to guide you in. Alternatively, you can also ask your hotel to contact us, we would be happy to get you a cab to the spa.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
Both are welcome! We recommend booking ahead — especially on weekends or during peak travel season — to make sure your preferred time and treatment are available. You can reserve via hello@nqspa.com by simply telling us your name and when you plan to come by. That said, if you're passing by and we have availability, walk-ins are always warmly received! This is how most of our customers find out and get to enjoy NQ Spa.
What are your opening hours?
We're open every day from 09:30 to 21:30. Last appointments are taken at 20:30. We're not open on public holidays — you can always ask us out at hello@nqspa.com if you are unsure about when the holidays will be.
How much do your treatments cost? (NOT DONE)
Nope, what you see is what you get. If you request extra features outside of the initial scope, we’ll always discuss and agree on any added costs beforehand.
